TechAssist Mobile app allows Daimler Truck North America's (DTNA) Dealer Service Technicians to scan QR Codes within the Techlane web application to a) the failed part images using the in-app Camera and/or from the Photo Library, and b) Comments using either Speech to Text or by entering the text manually to a job line associated with a Repair Order. The content ed using the TechAssist mobile app is displayed in the Techlane application.
The Techlane web app and TechAssist mobile app will require a valid DTNA Portal for and to images or comments to the DTNA systems.
